Fantasy Faire April 21-29

Could it be…yes it could…somthing’s coming…something good….if I can wait.  As a medieval/fantasy roleplayer in my off hours…this is one of my favorite events of the year, and for such a good cause.  Minx and I will be bringing you some fun and fantastical items from the Faire, so stay tuned.

FANTASY FAIRE 2010….The story starts now.  With you…

From Saturday April 21 to Sunday April 29, 2012,  thousands of Second Life residents and creators will come together to support the American Cancer Society’s vision of a world without cancer.  Nine Second Life sims will be transformed into the Fairelands, a fantasy continent created to host Fantasy Faire 2012, to benefit Relay for Life of Second Life (RFL of SL).

Fantasy Faire 2012 is the largest gathering of fantasy designers, enthusiasts, roleplayers and performers in the virtual world.  Nine days of shopping, live music concerts, auctions, hunts and roleplaying to benefit Relay for Life and the fight against cancer.  Avatars, clothing, furnishings, gadgets, goodies and exclusive items are available from more than 130 of SL’s  top  Fantasy Creators, spread across nine stunning sims designed by some of the visionary artists behind many of the hottest spots on the SL destination guide.

Fantasy Faire 2012 is produced by Friends Fighting Cancer.
